University of Minnesota Law School Human Rights Library에 오신 것을 환영합니다.

 

미네소타 인권 도서관은 약 85,000개의 인권 관련 자료와 주요 국제 인권 협약 본문을 담고 있습니다. 매달 약 150개 국으로부터 250,000명 이상의 방문자를 맞이하고 있는 인권 도서관은 4,000개 이상의 링크를 보유하는 등 인권 자료 검색 및 수집에 유용한 도구입니다.

 

인권 문제의 심각성이 국제적인 이슈로 대두되고 있는 현재, 이러한 문제에 대한 이해 그리고 해결을 위한 깊은 연구가 요구되는 상황입니다. 국제 인권법을 비롯하여 북한과 남한의 인권 문제와 평화에 대한 연구에 많은 도움이 되었으면 하는 바램으로 한국어 페이지를 열게 되었습니다. 많은 이용 부탁바랍니다.

The University of Minnesota Human Rights Library houses one of the largest collections of more than eighty-five thousand core human rights documents, including several hundred human rights treaties and other primary international human rights instruments. The site also provides access to more than four thousands links and a unique search device for multiple human rights sites. This comprehensive research tool is accessed by more than a 250,000 students, scholars, educators, and human rights advocates monthly from over 150 countries around the world.

 

Human rights are a serious concern that requires international attention. Comprehensive research is imperative in properly understanding the problems and accessing possible solutions. We have opened a Korean page in order to facilitate this research process. We hope this Web site may provide useful information to Korean users for scholarship on human rights and peace in the Korean peninsula and elsewhere in the world.
