If you would prefer to work with a health coach in-person rather than over the telephone, face-to-face health coaching is available through the Wellness Program on campus at Duluth, Morris, and the Twin Cities.
Because the expertise of the health coach varies, depending upon each campus location, you will need to decide if in-person coaching is appropriate for you.
Face-to-face health coaching is available only by appointment. In general, the coaching sessions are about 15 minutes long, with the initial visit lasting approximately 30 minutes.
