The 10K-A-Day walking program from StayWell Online is a fun way to increase your daily physical activity. The six-week program offers you a free pedometer and an online method to track your activity. The goal is to work toward logging 10,000 steps within a single day. You will need to track steps for at least one day each week for six weeks. In addition to walking, many forms of exercise—biking, swimming, gardening—can count!

As a UPlan member, when you complete the 10K-A-Day walking program no later than August 31, 2015, you will earn 50 wellness points

Be sure to sign up for 10K-A-Day by June 30, 2016

Once you have completed the registration process for 10K-A-Day, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your pedometer.
