Hiring Service Agreement and Process

The Hiring Service Agreement (pdf) includes activities that are essential to the hiring process and is a formalized commitment between hiring participants. It is designed to define activities, clarify accountabilities and outline a shared commitment to timing expectations. Using a Hiring Service Agreement is a recommended best practice for all hires at the University. It is also recommended that the anticipated and agreed upon dates of key steps of the hiring process should be widely communicated across all of the hiring participants as early in the hiring process as possible.
