The General Assembly 1. Takes note of the reports of the Secretary-General on the reform of the internal system of justice in the United Nations Secretariat and the observations of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions thereon; 2. Invites the Sixth Committee to examine, as a matter of priority, at the beginning of the fifty-first session of the General Assembly, the legal implications of the proposals of the Secretary-General contained in his reports on the reform of the internal system of justice in the United Nations Secretariat; 3. Requests the Fifth Committee, in the light of the above, to revert to the question of the reform of the internal system of justice in the United Nations Secretariat during the main part of the fifty-first session of the General Assembly. |
