P & A Women's Council Mission Statement

The Professional and Administrative Women’s Council works to provide leadership to improve and enrich the academic and professional environments for P&A women at the University of Minnesota.

P & A Women's Council

A newly formed group in June 2008, the P&A Women’s Council consists of five P&A women. In the future we plan to chose P&A women to represent the diversity and range of departments and areas at the University. The Director of the Women’s Center serves as an ex-officio member of the Council. Each year a call for nominations will be sent out. Members may be nominated by deans, directors, and department heads as well as by P&A members of the University of Minnesota (including through self-nomination).
