
Minneapolis has received top rankings from Kid Friendly Cities. In the 2006 Soul of the City Gallup survey, the third leading attribute of the Twin Cities was its reputation as a great place to raise children. A 2010 issue of Travel + Leisure magazine also rated Minneapolis as the second safest city in the United States noting our "friendly people, family-oriented activities, and uber-clean streets." In a February 2010 Gallup survey Minneapolis ranks 4th nationally on its well-being index.
