Theater Scene

Twin Cities theater thrives!  There are nearly 100 theater companies, more than 30 theater venues, and more theater seats per capita than anywhere outside New York.  Companies include Tony Award-winning theaters such as the Guthrie Theater, the Children’s Theatre Company, and Theatre de la Jeune Lune; irreverent local favorites such as the Brave New Workshop; and award-winning theaters that produce their own original work.
