Set Up Guides

In most cases, you will be able to log in to the U of M Wireless network on campus without performing any computer setup. 

In some cases, you will need to set up your computer first. For instructions about how to set up your computer so you can access the unsecured "UofM" network, select an operating system:

• Windows Vista
• Windows XP
• Windows PocketPC
• Mac OS X
• PalmOS

Note: Operating systems older than Windows XP and Mac OS X may not be able to connect to the U of M Wireless network. For more information about other operating systems, see the OIT Knowledge Base.
