Scheduling Timetable
ITV Network Scheduling Priorities
Credit instruction, both graduate and undergraduate, is the highest priority for the University?s ITV network. Ongoing
programs are deemed the highest priority among credit instruction, other scheduled courses come next, followed by noncredit
instruction, staff training and administrative meetings.
ITV Program Coordinators
Collaborative planning discussions among program coordinators at all sites are essential to the success of an ITV course. The
process calls for furnishing the name of the coordinator or the program person from each site on the ITV request form. This
action verifies that you have formally contacted that person, who understands and agrees that(s)he will make all necessary
arrangements for that site.
General ITV Scheduling Timetable
| January: |
ITV course requests for the following Summer Session should be submitted by the end of January. |
| February: |
Summer Session ITV scheduling process begins. Requesters will be notified by email by the end of
February indicating that their Summer Session request(s) has been received and including room /site confirmation or an
update on the status of their request. |
| March: |
ITV course requests for the following Fall Semester should be submitted by the end of March.
ITV schedule open to non-credit ITV event requests for June through August. |
| April: |
Fall Semester ITV scheduling process begins. Requesters will be notified by email by the end of
April indicating that their Fall Semester request(s) has been received and including room /site confirmation or an update
on the status of their request. |
| June: |
ITV course requests for the following Spring Semester should be submitted by the end of June. |
| July: |
Spring Semester ITV scheduling process begins. Requesters will be notified by email by the end of
July indicating that their Spring Semester request(s) has been received and including room/site confirmation or an update
on the status of their request.
ITV schedule open for non-credit ITV event requests September through January (up to the start of spring semester).
