P&A Senate Elections
P&A Senate elections are held in the spring of each year at a P&A Senate meeting. The application deadline is Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at 4:00 pm. Elections will be held at the April 5, 2013 meeting.

P&A Senate Members and Alternates
In accordance with P&A Senate rules, elections for P&A Senate members and alternates are held in the spring of each year. Each eligible unit shall conduct an election for expired or vacant P&A Senate members and alternates.
P&A Senate Officers
In accordance with P&A Senate rules, a call for nominations for the offices of Chair, Chaielect, and standing subcommittee Chairs is made at a P&A Senate meeting each year with elections conducted at a following meeting.
P&A Senate representatives to the University Senate
In accordance with P&A Senate rules:
- The P&A Senate representatives to the University Senate shall be elected, at large, at a spring semester P&A Senate meeting for a term of 3 years.
- Any current, elected P&A Senate member or current, elected P&A Senate alternate is eligible to run to serve as a P&A Senate representatives to the University Senate.
- All duly elected P&A Senate members and alternates shall be eligible to vote on the election of P&A Senate representatives to the University Senate.
