Welcome from the 2014-15 P&A Senate Chair - Katherine Dowd
Welcome to the Academic Professionals & Administrators Senate (P&A Senate) Web site! We're excited to have you visit and learn more about the P&A Senate and the resources that we provide.
This year will find us learning more about and participating in the execution of the strategic plan, carefully watching the local, state, and national elections in November, and working closely with our governance colleagues and University administration in anticipation of the submission of the University's 2014-15 biennial budget request. We will partner with the Civil Service Senate to assist the Office of Human Resources in its ongoing review of employee job classifications and career progressions.
We encourage you get involved in this exciting work. Stay in touch with your Senator, come to our meetings, or join a committee. There are many ways to help us and we need to hear from you when you have a question, concern, great idea, or desire for change.
P&A Senators are here to serve and we look forward to working with you. Please contact me or any P&A Senator and let us know how we can help you make this University great!
