Civil Service Senate Elections
Civil Service Senate elections are held in the spring of each year at a Civil Service Senate meeting.
Civil Service Senate Members and Alternates
In accordance with Civil Service Senate rules, elections for Civil Service Senate members and alternates are held in the spring of each year. Each eligible area of representation conducts an election to fill expired and vacant Civil Service Senate seats.
Civil Service Senate Officers
In accordance with Civil Service Senate Rules, a call for nominations for the offices of Chair, Chair-elect, and standing subcommittee Chairs is made at a Civil Service Consultative Committee meeting each year with elections conducted at a following meeting.
Civil Service Senate Representatives to the University Senate
In accordance with Civil Service Senate Rules:
- The Civil Service Senate representatives to the University Senate shall be elected, by area of representation at a spring semester Civil Service Senate meeting for a term of 3 years.
- Any current, elected Civil Service Senate member or current, elected Civl Service Senate alternate is eligible to run to serve as a Civil Service Senate representative to the University Senate.
- All duly elected Civil Service Senate members and alternates shall be eligible to vote on the election of Civil Service Senate representatives to the University Senate.
