Report sets out ways to protect state's environment
Minnesota should do more to protect lake and stream shorelines from development, slow the movement of water across landscapes to reduce flooding, and shift to perennial crops to produce biofuels, according to a new blueprint for protecting and improving the state's natural resources. ...
