Ryan Maus joined the University News Service as a public relations representative in August 2008. He handles media relations for the College of Liberal Arts, the College of Education and Human Development, the College of Design, the College of Continuing Education, the Graduate School, the Office of International Programs and Student Affairs.
Prior to joining the News Service, Maus spent the 2007-08 school year in the university's athletic communications department, serving as the primary media contact for the Golden Gopher soccer, wrestling and softball teams while assisting with several other programs.
Maus is a 2007 graduate of St. Olaf College, where he served as a writer and editor for the school's newspaper for four years. A native of Northfield, Minnesota, he currently resides in Minneapolis.
