UGather and UPresent were developed by the General Biology Program at the University of Minnesota.They have been used in the classroom for more than a decade. The applications were designed so faculty, staff, and students could quickly learn how to incorporate a broad range of digital content into presentations while adhering to good principles of presentations and pedagogy. CodeBlazer Technologies acquired the rights to UGather and UPresent in February 2001.
