Monthly Meeting Schedule and Speakers

UMRA’s members gather at 11:30 at the Campus Club, on the fourth floor of Coffman Union, on the 4th Tuesday of each month, for lunch, good fellowship, and an interesting speaker. Reservations are required and can be made by sending a check payable to the University of Minnesota Retirees Association to Ben Zimmerman at 2225 Folwell Ave St Paul MN 55108 or by calling him at 651-645-1662. The cost (including tax) is $12.00 per person. Reservations must be made by the preceding Thursday. Cancellations must be received by noon on the preceding Wednesday. Otherwise, the full cost of the meal will be charged.

For the 2007-2008 academic year, we advise you to use your UMRA discount at East River Road Garages. University shuttle bus service is available from the university’s Huron Road parking lots or the St. Paul Campus and State Fair lots to Coffman Union. President Frank Miller would appreciate suggestions about future speakers.
