Formula Sun Grand Prix

The Formula Sun Grand Prix is a closed track event held in Topeka, Kansas. Over the course of 3 days, cars compete on a 2 mile track. The Formula Sun event serves as the qualifying event for the American Solar Challenge.

American Solar Challenge

Covering more than 2300 grueling miles, the American Solar Challenge is the longest solar car race in the world. This race serves as the successor to the Sunrayce series of events and is held every two years. The 2003 race route will take teams and their cars from Chicago, IL to Claremont, CA via the legendary Route 66.

World Solar Challenge

The World Solar Challenge, a top to bottom race across the Australian continent is one of the longest running and most challenging solar car races in the world. The race route passes through several distinct climates. Tropical Darwin's desert outback provides a stark contrast to Mediterranean Adelaide providing race conditions unmatched in the world.

World Solar Rallye

The World Solar Rallye, held in Akita, Japan draws an international group of solar racers. The track based rallye provides a unique environment for solar vehicle racing.
