Join alumni and supporters of the University from all over the Upper Midwest at Minnesota State Fair Sunday, August 24, for the fourth annual Maroon and Gold Day celebration. Wear maroon and gold and receive a special gift at the University's state fair exhibition hall on Dan Patch Avenue. Test your knowledge of University trivia on the University's stage and win fabulous prizes--including free dinners from Famous Dave's. Meet University president Bob Bruininks and celebrity coaches, and catch the University's 300-piece Marching Band at the 2 p.m. Maroon and Gold Day parade.
