Support

End Users

Users of Active Directory shall receive support directly from their department’s current technical support structure. If no support structure exists, users may call 1-HELP for assistance.

OU Administrators

Support for OU Administrators is available when questions of administration come up, or when support of an end user goes beyond the scope of an OUA’s access. OUA support can be reached by emailing umnad@umn.edu.

Also available is the umnad-l@lists.umn.edu list. This list is intended for OUAs and other Active Directory administrators to discuss topics pertaining the implementation, management, and support of Active Directory forest structures.
