Privacy and Access Rights

"Who can see my calendar entries?" is a common question from new UMCal users. With the default settings, any other UMCal user is able to see the times you are busy but not why you are busy; the details of the events are hidden.

Other common questions include:

• How can I hide my entire calendar?
• How can I prevent others from scheduling with me?
• How can I give another user rights other than the defaults?
• How can I set events to be personal or confidential?
