consultants will attempt to recover deleted or formatted data, or attempt
to recover data from a failing or severely damaged hard drive. The
condition of your hard drive determines if the data is recoverable.

If
successful, UCS can transfer your data
to CDs, DVDs, flash drives, or external hard drives at your request.

UCS can order and
install a new hard drive and move your data to your new hard drive.
Remember, this is not your software, but your data only. Would
you like UCS to also reinstall your software on your new hard drive? Provide
UCS consultants with your software CDs and registration information (e.g.
Microsoft Office), and UCS consultants will install your software, as
well as your data, for you.
UCS services are available
as a carry-in (bring the computer equipment to the UCS location) or on-site
(University TC campus locations only) option, whichever is more convenient
for you.
