I am unable to access the online order form, and I am a currently enrolled U of M student...

  • Try logging into the online order form again. Make sure you type in your Internet ID correctly.
  • Are you currently enrolled for this semester? It may take a few days for the central database to be updated with your enrollment information. If you just registered, try back in a few days.
  • Follow the instructions of the error message. This should explain why you are unable to enter the order form.
  • If you are still having problems accessing the online order form, and you are a currently enrolled U of M student, please send an email to go4care@umn.edu listing your Internet ID and the error message you received. This will allow the programmers to investigate the issue.

I would like to cancel or change my software order...

  • Send an email to go4care@umn.edu requesting a software order be canceled. When student's want to change their order, the original order must be canceled fist. Once the order is canceled, students will be able to access the online order form again to place another order. Student participation in this program is expected to be high. Canceling an order may take up to three business days. Accounting will reimburse the student account for the original order.
