Where can I use Gopher GOLD™ Value? |
If you don't have your U Card with you or you are visiting the University of Minnesota, Gopher GOLD value is not cash refundable and does not transfer between coordinate University of Minnesota campuses. In case of questions or errors in your Gopher GOLD™ Account you must contact the U Card Office to begin the error resolution process within 60 calendar days after you were provided the first statement or receipt on which the problem or error appered. In addtion to notifying the U Card Office, you will need to complete the Error Resolution Form. Upon separation from the University a request to close a Gopher GOLD™ Account can be made at the Coffman U Card Office by submitting the Request to Close Gopher GOLD™ Account Form.
