If your U Card is lost, stolen or damaged, there is a $15 replacement fee that can be paid by cash, check or billed to your student account. In the case of a stolen U Card, a police report has been filed with the University of Minnesota Department of Public Safety or other police agency and a copy of the report or the report number is provided to a U Card Office staff member prior to the issuance of a replacement U Card. |
