TCF National Bank is an equal housing lender. Deposits at TCF National Bank Minnesota are insured to $100,000 by the FDIC. The 1/4% CD bonus is an increase in the normal rate payable by TCF on certificates of deposit for the same amount and term as in effect at time of certificate opening. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional rate offer or for Jumbo CDs or non-personal accounts. There is a penalty for early withdrawal from certificates.
The 1/4% off the normal interest rate on TCF home equity and consumer loans is for the same amount and term as in effect at the time of the loan.
