Graduate or professional—What's the difference?

The differences between graduate and professional school degree programs at the U can be confusing.

The Graduate School admits students for the programs it administers. Admissions for some degrees, such as law, masters of education, and many medical degrees, to name a few, are done through separate professional schools.
