Administrative Task Forces (Team Leader: Kathleen O'Brien)
Vice President Kathleen O’Brien will lead seven administrative task forces on the single enterprise, culture, administrative structure, best practice management tools, student services, people, and resource optimization.

The Administrative Service and Productivity Steering Team will ensure alignment and collaboration among the administrative and academic task forces, identify cross task force issues and impacts, prioritize and sequence projects, define measures of success, and leverage resources and support the success of the administrative change effort. Each of the seven administrative action areas is assigned to a system-wide task force. Each task force is responsible for refining and periodically verifying its scope and direction as well as providing direction and resources to a portfolio of project implementation efforts.
