Transforming administrative support operations at the University

On December 9, 2005, Vice President Kathleen O’Brien, team leader for the Administrative Service and Productivity Steering Committee, appeared in front of the Board of Regents to report on the goal, implementation structure, and progress of the administrative strategic positioning task forces. She stressed the importance of transforming administrative support operations at the University to provide maximum service and support for the academic enterprise. Members of the University Community are encouraged to review the presentation in order to get a better understanding of the direction administrative support operations will take at the University over the next few years.

Vice President Kathleen O’Brien is leading seven administrative task forces on the Single Enterprise, Culture, Administrative Structure, Best Practice Management Tools, Services, People, Optimize Resources.
