College of Education & Human Development

10 a.m.-2 p.m.
The GoNorth polar education and expedition team will be on hand today along with one of the might Polar Huskies for you to pet. The humans will discuss the fun and effectiveness of adventure learning.

9 a.m.-noon
The college’s development office will have representatives at the booth to discuss the role of philanthropy in a public institution.

Noon– 9 p.m.
Graduate students from throughout the college's six departments will be staffing the booth later in the day and acting as ambassadors for potential graduate students and parents.

6-9 p.m.
Faculty and staff from the new Department of Postsecondary Teaching and Learning will explain their unique learning communities and freshman seminars for students seeking to succeed in higher education.

For more than 100 years, the University of Minnesota Alumni Association has brought people together to celebrate the pride and spirit of the University. That's why the alumni association makes the State Fair its home every year. We can't think of a better place for U of M alumni and friends to connect with each other and have some fun.
