All day school graduate, extension,
and professional students who are registered for a minimum of 1
credit for the semester in which they are applying are eligible
to apply.
Student cannot have any academic
or financial holds over $600 on record with the University of Minnesota.
Student cannot be in collection
status with the University of Minnesota.
Student must be able to illustrate
an unexpected financial emergency which affects his/her ability to
function as a student.
Student must have verifiable
means of repayment. Tax returns and money from friends or relatives
will not be considered as verifiable income.
Credit History must meet basic
SELFund requirements.
