is what we need to process your application...
- $5 application fee.
- If you don't already have it, get Adobe Reader.
- Completed Application with
your signature. Open this form, fill it out completely, and print it.
- Documentation of emergency
(receipts, statements, letters, etc.) – Help us understand your need.
- Verification of Income
(Bring all that apply)
- Pay Stub(s), most recent. University employees with
direct deposit go to the HRSS Site
- Financial Aid Award
Statement
- Student Account Printout
(for the last year)
- Outside Scholarship Award
Statements
- Government income (Welfare,
unemployment, disability, etc.)
- A letter from employer
stating wages and weekly hours if you do not have paystub.
- Documentation for any other
verifiable income that you wish to be reviewed with the application
Remember, the more
information, the better....So bring in all you can!
Loans will
not be processed until we have everything we need
