The Office of the Board of Regents (OBR) supports the Board in its governance of the University of Minnesota. OBR serves as a liaison to the University's interim president, his administration, and other constituencies on behalf of the Board.
OBR advises and supports Regents to advance good governance practices, facilitates annual work planning and development of the Board's priorities, plans and executes Board meetings, manages the Board's policy portfolio, fields public inquiries, and carefully preserves all of the Board's records.
