Official vehicle contracts are available for University departments
only. Because different departments have different needs, there
are two types of contracts.
SURFACE LOT CONTRACTS
Official vehicles may park in the areas listed below for up
to three hours on a space-available basis. Be sure to display your
official vehicle hangtag while you are parked. Write your name,
department name, phone number, and official vehicle hangtag number
on the back of the ticket and give it to the attendant.
Please be aware that you are responsible for paying the hourly
rate any time you remain parked after the three-hour limit.
Hourly Surface Lots
- Lot 86 - West Bank
- Lot 106 - St. Paul
- Top level of the West Bank Office Building Ramp - West Bank
University Meters (except Northrop)
Note: Be sure to read the information on the meter to verify
that it is a University meter. The Official University Vehicle
hangtag does not allow you to park at City of Minneapolis or Park
Board meters on or near campus. The way to tell the difference
is that University meters are all designated with numbers only
(no alphabetical letters). University meters are indicated on
the PTS maps with a yellow box. Visit our Maps
and Directions page for details.
Daily-Rate Surface Lots
- Lot 37 - East Bank
- Lot S101 - St. Paul
- Lot S104 - St. Paul

RAMP CONTRACTS
Parking and Transportation Services reserves the right to limit
the quantity of spaces sold to departments in the annual contract
program.

CUFS system. Individuals may not purchase loading zone permits.
Please remember that loading zone parking spaces have a 30 minute
time limit. Click on the form below to request a contract or ask
a question about loading zone contracts.
