Contract parking provides a space in a specific facility at a prepaid rate through the payroll deduction system. Contract parking allows in-and-out privileges and a guaranteed parking space. It also provides reciprocal parking privileges throughout the Twin Cities campus. Contract parking is available to University faculty and staff who work a minimum of 75 percent time.

Note: Fairview-University Hospital employees must apply for contract parking space through the Security, Safety, and Parking Department at Fairview-University Hospital. Please call 612-273-7275 for space availability and other questions related to Fairview-University Hospital contract parking.

Reserved Stalls
For current contract holders, specific numbered stalls are available in a limited number of facilities for an additional fee. Please contact our office at 612-626-7275 for more information on this program.

Occasional Use Parking Contracts
An Occasional Use Parking Contract allows for 22 parking uses in one of the following locations: ~~4th Street Ramp~~ (SOLD OUT), ~~Oak Street Ramp~~ (SOLD OUT), ~~East River Road Garage~~ (SOLD OUT), Gortner Avenue Ramp and WBOB Ramp. The cost is $93.50 for ramps and $122 for the East River Road Garage.

Contract details:

Must be used between October 1, 2007 and September 30, 2008.
Available to university staff or faculty. Not available to students or non-university employees.
Only one contract may be purchased per employee during the program year (October 1 - September 30).
A use is defined as within one day (12 am - 11:59 pm). Holders may enter/exit multiple times during the same day.
Unused parking may not be carried over to the next year. Refunds are not issued for unused parking.
Reciprocity at other facilities is not available.

Occasional Use Parking Contracts go on sale October 1 at the PTS office in the Transportation and Safety Building, 511 Washington Ave SE on the East Bank campus. Payment is made by credit card, cash or check. Payment is not payroll deducted.
