Gopher ParkSmart  - A hassle-free parking strategy for campus.
During the school year, approximately 80,000 people come to campus daily. Last year, Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) handled campus parking for more than 1,000 events and parked a total of 5.5 million cars.

To accommodate all types of needs, PTS has created an array of parking options. Most parking ramps/lots on the perimeter of campus are within a brief walk of the free campus shuttle. So getting to your University destination is quick and easy.

Tips To Gopher ParkSmart:
  • Choose your parking near where you plan to exit campus to avoid driving through traffic congestion.
  • Plan ahead. Know your parking options. See what’s happening on campus that may affect your parking selection.
  • Check the latest traffic reports before leaving home.
