FAQ Motorist Assistance Program (MAP) Answers

 

 

What is MAP?


The Motorist Assistance Program (MAP) is free for all legally parked PTS customers. Coverage encompasses University meters, surface lots, ramps, garages, loading zones and vendor stalls. (Also available at official vehicle stalls. Call Fleet Services at 612-625-3033, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm.) MAP can:

  • unlock vehicles
  • give jump-starts
  • change flat tires
  • provide referrals upon request
MAP is available on the Twin Cities campus from 7 am to 10 pm, Monday - Friday. Service is not available on official University holidays. Call 612-626-PARK (7275).
