Alumni Call

On October 14, President Eric Kaler placed a phone call to 60,000 Twin Cities campus alumni living in the metro area. For a full half hour he answered questions on a variety of topics, but many focused on the University's strategic planning process that's underway.

On March 28, President Eric Kaler placed his first phone call to Twin Cities campus alumni, again about 60,000, living in Minnesota. He kicked off the call with a quick U update, and then opened up the conversation to participants' thoughts and questions. Over the course of 30 minutes, the President took a variety of questions from alumni all over the state. Almost 10,000 alumni listened in on the call, and more than a hundred posed questions.
