Environmental Threats to Children's Health: Legal and Policy Challenges

This conference will break new ground on the ethical, legal, and policy problems presented by environmental threats to children's health. Plenary speakers will address: "What We Know About Children's Environmental Health and the Policy Challenges," "Policy Challenges Posed by Scientific Progress and Uncertainty," "Crafting Environmental Policy That Works," "Protecting Future Generations from Genetic and Environmental Harms: Legal and Policy Responses," and "Environmental Justice and Children."
