Ride a Ride-A-Long

The UMPD offers interested persons the opportunity to ride with patrol officers and observe first-hand the typical duties police officers encounter during a 4-hour block of time. To participate in the Ride-Along program, individuals are required to complete an online application. Once your application has been accepted, UMPD will contact you to confirm the date and time of your ride-along. You will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in the Ride-Along program.
