Quality Tools
Good craftspeople have a toolbox filled with various tools for different situations that arise. Similarly, this section presents a variety of improvement tools to choose from.
But having tools is not enough. Successful organizations have standard methodologies to solve and talk about problems and opportunities. This is critical in order to support and enhance a culture of transformation. Over the long term, OSCI is committed to working with University leaders to develop a common methodology.
