The Service & Process Improvement Fund (SPIF) awards were sponsored from 2006-2009 by the Office of Service and Continuous Improvement to support initiatives that would help drive success of the University's aspiration to be a top research university. The 25 award winning projects have provided a positive impact on service levels, productivity, and cost/revenue streams. Because of reduced funding, the Office of Service and Continuous Improvement no longer sponsors SPIF projects, but continues to offer consulting services to project managers.
