Projects archived here fall into the following categories:

• The Service & Process Improvement Fund (SPIF) awards were sponsored from 2006-2009 by the Office of Service and Continuous Improvement to support initiatives that would help drive success of the University's aspiration to be a top research university.
• Improvement Project Library - These project profiles allow the University community to share acquired knowledge about developing and implementing improvement projects, develop future partnerships, and celebrate successes as a continuously improving institution.
