Improvement Liaison Group

Each campus, college, and major support unit at the University of Minnesota is represented by an improvement liaison. The Improvement Liaison Group is a network convened by the Office of Service and Continuous Improvement to focus on continuous improvement by linking units to tools, trainings, resources, and partnership opportunities. Liaisons meet quarterly to explore improvement themes such as change management, service excellence, and metrics. The Improvement Liaison Group is support infrastructure to help drive success of Strategic Positioning and beyond.
