The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is developing service statements to describe the services it provides, define boundaries of such services, and identify levels of services all users should expect. Authentication is the process of verifying the digital identity of the sender of an electronic communication. We provide authentication for access to services offered by OIT and other organizations at the University. Multiple types are supported: Central Authentication Hub (CAH), RADIUS, Kerberos, Shibboleth, M Key, and Internet ID/X.500. |

Most support is free to the University community. At Tech Stop, we also provide free and fee-based software and hardware diagnostics, configuration, and installation services. |
