University employees and their spouses/same-sex domestic partners who are covered by the UPlan Medical Program can be financially rewarded for participating in stress reduction, exercise, and health improvement programs.
When you complete Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) or Mindfulness in Motion (MiM) offered through the Center for Spirituality and Healing, you may qualify to be reimbursed for a portion of the cost of the courses. Only employees are eligible for reimbursement, and may only receive one reimbursement per lifetime per class.
Earn wellness points toward a $300 or $400 reduction in your 2015 UPlan Medical Program premiums when you or your spouse/partner participate in one or more of the following activities included in the Wellness Points Bank. The offerings listed in the chart below can help you manage stress.
