Mayo Clinic Guide to Self-Care

This book is routinely mailed to all new employees at their campus address.  This guide is a valuable tool to complement the strong tradition of research and health care resources already available within the University community. This guide was selected based upon input from members of the Benefits Advisory Council (BAC) and from other staff  members representing all levels and all employee groups at the University.

If you are interested in receiving an additional copy of the Mayo Clinic Guide to Self-Care, copies are available through the University Bookstore on your campus. The cost of the guide is $7.95 plus tax. If you do not work on campus, you can request a Guide to Self-Care by sending a check along with your mailing address to:
