Participate in one or many six-week, online programs to learn about improving your diet. There are 13 different Healthy Living programs which offer a step-by-step approach to making behavioral changes, including Healthier Diet, Weight Loss, Getting in Shape, and Stress Relief.
The Farmers Market happens every Wednesday during the summer on the Church Street pedestrian mall. The market features Twin Cities-area vendors who travel 2.5 hours or less to deliver and sell everything from berries to sweet corn to tomatoes to squash. As is the tradition, the market will be held rain or shine, every Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The Healthy Foods, Healthy Lives: Cooking for Wellness course will help you develop healthy cooking and eating strategies to take home and use for weeks and years to come. The program uses hands-on demonstrations led by professional chefs to improve your culinary skills and teach you new techniques to adapt your cooking to a healthier lifestyle
