The University of Minnesota Farmers Market on Church Street has concluded its seventh season. It was held every Wednesday from July through October, 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. The market featured vendors who sold locally grown produce, berries, and fresh flowers. The produce was freshly-picked and arrived from gardens, fields, and farms located within 2.5 hours of the Twin Cities.
Work with a health coach face-to-face or over-the-phone to develop nutritional goals and learn about eating healthy.
Participate in a six-week, online program to learn about improving your diet. There are 13 different Healthy Living programs which offer a step-by-step approach to making behavioral changes, including Healthier Diet, Weight Loss, Getting in Shape, and Stress Relief.
