Ask University employees what health habits they want to change and they'll tell you: Help me manage my stress, lose weight or curb my cholesterol. The Healthy Living suite of programs is designed to do just that.
These online programs offer a step-by-step approach to behavioral change that can be tailored to your needs. Depending upon which six-week Healthy Living program you enroll in, you may expect to receive, among other things:

Any UPlan-covered employee can participate in a Healthy Living program. Your UPlan-covered spouse or same-sex domestic partner can also participate in a program.
When you and your UPlan-covered spouse or same-sex domestic partner complete one of the six-week Healthy Living programs, you can each earn a $65 wellness reward. This is provided that you and/or your partner have not already earned a second $65 reward for this calendar year by completing another program such as HealthPartners 10,000 Steps® or HealthCare Choices or held the required number of sessions with a health coach.
For employees covered by the UPlan Medical Program, the starting point for the Healthy Living programs begins with taking the online wellness assessment.
When you visit the wellness assessment Web site, you will find a link to the the Healthy Living programs in the "your toolbox" menu on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click on the link and select the program in which you would like to participate.
