Meet in-person with a health coach to receive support to eat better, be more fit, or overcome nicotine dependence. Face-to-face health coaching is available on the Duluth, Morris, and Twin Cities campuses. Because the focus of the health coach can vary depending upon each campus location, you will need to decide if in-person coaching is appropriate for you.
Participants who complete a minimum of three face-to-face sessions by August 31, 2015, will receive 200 wellness points. If you are interested in face-to-face health coaching, you must schedule your first session by April 30, 2015. Face-to-face health coaching is available only by appointment. In general, the coaching sessions are about 15 minutes long, with the initial visit lasting approximately 30 minutes.

During 2013 - 2014, when a participant has completed the minimum number of required coaching sessions by August 31, 2014, he/she will earn 150 wellness points for his or her Wellness Points Bank. The 150 points will be awarded only one time in 2013 for participation in face-to-face health coaching.
