Meet in person with a health coach to receive support to eat better, be more fit, or overcome nicotine dependence. Face-to-face health coaching is available on the Duluth, Morris, and Twin Cities campuses. Because the focus of the health coach varies depending on campus location, check if in-person coaching will work for you.
Complete a minimum of three face-to-face sessions by August 31, 2015, to receive 200 wellness points. You must schedule your first appointment by April 30, 2015. The initial coaching visit lasts approximately 30 minutes, and the remaining sessions are about 15 minutes long.

During 2014-2015, when you complete the minimum number of required coaching sessions by August 31, 2015, you will earn 200 wellness points. You can earn points for just one set of face-to-face health coaching sessions in 2015.
